Dear Parents/Guardians of Johnson High School Senior Class of 2013
In a few short months, we will be the proud parents of Johnson High School Graduates! Hard to believe that their high school experience is almost over. To honor our graduates and provide a safe place to celebrate, the PTA Project Graduation Committee of Johnson High School has been busy planning for Project Graduation 2013!
Project Graduation 2013 is an all night alcohol and drug free party exclusively for our Johnson High School graduating seniors. This year’s event will be held at Dave and Busters, and will be a fun night of casino games, arcade games, billiards, virtual golf, a DJ, dinner and breakfast buffets, and much more! It’s a great way to end their wonderful graduation evening!!!! Dave and Busters will be closed to the public.
In order to attend this fun evening, registration and payment are required in advance. Attached you will find the registration form for Project Graduation.
Project Graduation check –in will begin at 10:30 pm on June 9, 2013. Seniors are required to meet at the front entrance of Johnson High School no later than 11:00 pm to board buses to Dave and Busters. . School ID/drivers will be required for check-in to the event. Seniors will NOT be allowed to leave and will return to JHS on the buses at approximately 5:00 a.m. Students who have registered and arrive late cannot attend – parents will receive a courtesy call or message to let them know their senior did not arrive in time to attend the event. Students will not be allowed to check-in at Dave and Busters.
Phones are fine to bring and cameras are encouraged but please leave purses, backpacks and bags at home. Feminine hygiene products will be provided.
Project Graduation is a fun, safe event thanks to volunteers like you. If you are interested in volunteering to help with Project Grad (yes, stay up all night!) please check the volunteer box on the registration form. It really is a fun night and the last time you will be a “school” volunteer for your child!
Monetary donations or goods or services are always appreciated and help make Project Graduation a memorable event for our seniors. If you or your business would like to help sponsor or donate to Project Graduation please indicate so on the registration form.
